How it works

What styles and quantities are you looking for

Download our latest TBB Range Board and check out all the different custom apparel styles we offer. You can then download our TBB Order Sheet which you can use to provide us the quantities per style you will need. This is not your confirmed order, but purely to provide us an indication of your needs.

Design Brief

Download our TBB Deign Brief Template and get creative by filling out what you club, your athletes, or your company would like get our design to start working on for you.

Submit

Submit Your TBB Order Sheet and TBB Design Brief via email to (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). We require your logo's in vector-graphic format. Vector formats include: .ai, .eps and .pdf (open). With this input from you, we will get working on your design right away!

Design

We will send you our initial design proposal within 3 business days. Two to three design iterations are then normal to tune your designs, place logo's in correct size and location until you truly love and approve your own designs.

Fit Kit Request

For a small fee we can send you samples of all the pieces, so you can check the sizes, the materials and perform club member size fitting.

Final Order Submission

Complete and submit your TBB Order Sheet and we will send you a TBB Production Confirmation for your approval. This is your last opportunity to make any revisions and correct errors.

Payment

With your now approved order, we will send you our invoice, which requires full payment before we start production. The day your payment has been received is the start of the production process, which will take standard take 4 -5 weeks from the date your payment has been received.

Production

Designs have been approved, quantities and sizing are clear, you have signed the production order and your payment has been received; this is the point we take extremely serious as the pressure is now on our production and quality assurance team to produce your entire order within the time given. We don’t compromise quality ever and we meet dates we promised, that's why you work with us now and in the future.

Shipment

The day your production order is completed and our quality assurance officers sign off on all items, your order will be packed and shipped to the address you provided us.

Special Pricing Rules

We take great pride in treating our custom apparel business personal and will always work with you to find win-win solutions. Please take these points below as an indication to our pricing rules, which we must adhere to:

  • For orders with < 8 pieces per model, we will have to add 35% to our TBB Order Sheet prices.
  • For orders with individualized designs and single piece orders, (e.g. individual athlete names included), please add 100% to our TBB Order Sheet prices.
  • For orders where production time has to be < 4 weeks, please add 50% to our TBB Order Sheet prices.
  • For orders where production time has to be < 3 weeks, please add 100% to our TBB Order Sheet prices.
  • For orders with  > 100 pieces, please contact us for a special rate.
