teamTBB undertakes a wide variety of activities, ranging from training high class professional athletes, to talent identification, training programs, camps and social development projects.

What teamTBB offers is unique. All our professional coaches and athletic support staff are experienced professionals who train dedicated and determined athletes who race and compete regularly and have turned their favourite sport into their profession. It is this knowledge and expertise that we want to share with communities around the world.

Community Events

Together with The Bike Boutique and iwant2bike2work, teamTBB aims to organise grassroot community events to introduce the bike lifestyle to people and communities across Asia.

teamTBB Kids Projects

Sport has a crucial role to play in the development of children and young people. Participation in all types of sport unites people, empowers and provides hope and opportunity - especially in the poorer parts of the world. We are providing funding and expertise to train local coaches and establish teamTBB training schools, in order to support the development of bike related sports and provide underprivileged youth a chance to expand their horizons and improve their physical and social well being.

Training Programs (for full time professionals)

At teamTBB we draw on more than 20 years of world class coaching and apply these skills on a daily basis with our professional athletes. This collective training knowledge delivers amazing results in races all over the world with 2x IM World Championship, 1x ITU long distance World Championship, 25 Ironman wins, 13 Ironman 70.3 wins and we are still counting.

teamTBB produces World Champions, Olympic medallists and Ironman winners on regular basis. We use this proven training and race knowledge in our training programs to help all level of athletes improving their performance - from beginners to professional athletes.

Training Programs (for age groupers)

In 2010, teamTBB Coaching was launched to provide Age Group triathletes throughout the world access to the powerful training philosophies, techniques, sessions and taper and recovery methods used by teamTBB’s professional triathletes.

The aim of the teamTBB coaching system is to provide athletes of all abilities the opportunity to train, improve, enjoy and embrace the wonderful sport of triathlon and multisport with the support of a tried, tested and proven system of training.

teamTBB Coaching, The Bike Boutique and our strategic partners organise regular knowledge workshops to share the skills and knowledge of our professional athletes with communities, companies and other groups.
