After my last race on August 4, 2013 at the Cobra Ironman 70.3 in Cebu City, I spent 45 days in my hometown – Cagayan de Oro City (CDO) in Mindanao to train and spend time with my family. I had a good training block and enjoyed riding out in CDO and Bukidnon. The weather was nice when I was in CDO, it only rained a few times.

At the moment I am back in Laguna at the house of ate Joyette and coach M@ for a training camp to prepare for my next 2 races. I’m still getting used to the weather here coz it is raining hard. There is a typhoon. But coach M@ taught me the right nutrition so that even if we train in this weather we don’t get sick. Every day we take Ignite Naturals with our fresh fruit shake to make sure we are always healthy and strong.
